Cancellation & Refund Policy

Murti Nature Inn understands that trip plans might change. Our cancellation and refund policy is intended to provide flexibility while maintaining a smooth experience for all of our guests.
Cancellations submitted during the applicable cancellation window will be eligible for a refund under the booking terms. Guests are urged to thoroughly verify their reservation details when booking.
Cancellations made 7 days before the intended arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may incur half or full retention charges, depending on the timing and type of the booking.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking price will be charged, as the reservation remains blocked for the confirmed dates.
Refunds, when appropriate, will be performed using the original method of payment. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the amount to show will vary based on the payment method and banking processes used.
