Welcome to Murti Nature Inn. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To guarantee your reservation, an upfront payment may be requested. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
Murti Nature Inn reserves the right to change or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification and appropriate alternatives or refunds, as applicable.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted based on availability and may incur additional fees.
Guests must produce appropriate government-issued identification upon check-in.
Guests are asked to maintain proper etiquette and respect the property's quiet environment. Any activity that disrupts, damages, or inconveniences other guests or property may result in prompt action, including cancellation of stay without reimbursement. Illegal activity, substance abuse, and property misuse are all severely forbidden.
Guests are liable for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities that occur during their visit. Repair or replacement charges will be levied accordingly.
While Murti Nature Inn maintains high levels of safety and security, guests are encouraged to protect their personal possessions. The management is not accountable for personal property loss, theft, or damage. CCTV surveillance is installed in common areas to ensure guest safety.
All amenities, including the swimming pool and outdoor spaces, must be used in a responsible and safe manner. Children must be supervised at all times.
Murti Nature Inn will not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by situations beyond its control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, government limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
The management retains the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any moment, without notice. Guests should evaluate them on a regular basis.
